Sometimes the best leaders emerge not from ambition, but from necessity—and love. This is exactly what happened when community member Kathleen Quinn saw a program that had meant so much to local families disappear, just as her own daughter was approaching the age to participate. She stepped up in a big way earlier this year and continues to serve her community this fall.
